Shipping Policy
Your order will usually be shipped via UPS Ground within 3-10 Business Days from receipt of payment. Shipping is based on the Cart Total, not including Tax (if applicable).

*Cart Total will be charged Standard UPS Ground Rates based on weight of cart items and shipping zone.

Returns Policy
We have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return it within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund of the item(s) purchase price. If the return is the result of an error made by us, your shipping costs will be refunded.

Please, e-mail us first at pchf@canby.com before you ship back the item(s), and inform us which product(s) you are returning. Please repackage the product(s) in the original packing materials. Enclose the packing slip and instructions with the product to be returned, and please send it back via the United States Postal Service or UPS .

Refunds
Refunds are issued in the form according to payment method you used at the time of purchase. For payment made using a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account. Payment made with money order will receive the refund in form of check which we will mail to you after we receive the returned product.
